Axolsoft Privacy Policy

Axolsoft has the capability of collecting personal and credit card information from users through this site. This is done for the purpose of making payments for our website management services. This information will never be distributed outside of Axolsoft or Braintree (our credit card processor) and every precaution will be taken to safeguard this information using techniques that are standard to the industry. If a breach were to occur, the victims will be notified via this site.

Payments.

All payment card information is not held, processed or received by Axolsoft. All payment data is sent directly to our third party processor, Braintree (a Paypal subsidiary), via the application on this site. Axolsoft only maintains information from our customers for the purposes of contacting customers about billing and website content & authenticating customer identity.

Marketing.

Axolsoft does not explicitly market to children under the age of 13, however Axolsoft does nothing to prevent children under the age of 13 from accessing the contents of this site.

Cookies.

Axolsoft uses tracking cookies for the purpose of identifying returning customers to our site, to support services to these customers through this site and the Google analytics suite. You can set your browser's rules for accepting cookies in your browser's settings.

Do Not Track Requests.

We do not currently honor “Do Not Track” requests.

Changes to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of October 6th, 2015 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page. Axolsoft Return Policy.

Axolsoft will not offer refunds or prorate the cost of our service. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. This subscription can be canceled at any time, however a month that has already been paid for will not be refunded. Service will commence for the remainder of the month and then cease at the end of the subscription.
